Five years after his first documentary, award-winning producer/director Torsten Hoffmann revisits Bitcoin and sets out to explore the evolution of the blockchain industry and its new promise. Can this technology, designed to operate independent of trust and within a decentralized network, really provide a robust alternative to the Internet as we know it?
Our documentary explores a wide range of topics including Bitcoin, BTC, $BTC, $BCH, Blockchain, DeFi, decentralized Finance, Web 3.0, Decentralisation, Cryptocurrencies. Projects like Ethereum, ETH, Neo, Litecoin, $LTC, Blockstack, Brave Browser, Civic, Powerledger and many others are introduced. This movie discusses technology and the early history of the Internet. Disruptive technologies like TCP/IP and cryptography are part of the story. In this film we also discuss digital cash money smart contracts privacy cybercrime #CryptopiaFilm was crowdfunded by fans on Kickstarter and funded by Screen Australia.
